Kate Peach – Physiotherapist
Kate Peach grew up in the beautiful Niagara Region and, while away at school, called several cities along the 401 home. Each stop brought new adventures, but she ultimately decided Chatham was the perfect place to plant roots, build a career, and raise a family.
After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, Kate went on to complete a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science at Western University, where she did research with children with cerebral palsy. Kate found that her favourite part of the work was connecting with children and their physiotherapists. To combine her passion for people and her love of science, she earned a second Master of Science, this time in Physical Therapy.
Kate began her physiotherapy career in paediatrics, loving the challenge of helping children of all abilities reach their full potential. In 2017, she took on a second job called “motherhood,” which sparked a whole new passion of supporting women through prenatal and postpartum care.
In 2018, Kate joined her husband’s practice at Peach Physiotherapy and expanded both her own work and the clinic’s services to include pelvic health. Today, while she still provides some paediatric care, her main focus is empowering people to take control of their bodies, regain confidence, and stay active through pelvic health physiotherapy.
Kate is a lifelong learner who loves adding new skills to her toolkit, with advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum physiotherapy, labour and delivery support, diastasis recti, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, paediatric pelvic floor care, and gastrointestinal health. When it comes to pelvic health, she’s all in.
When she’s not in the clinic, Kate is a full-time mom of two, a regular at Blairs’ Bootcamp, a devoted Centro fan, and a proud Kent County corn lover. She also loves to play tennis, golf, board games, and finding new adventures with her family.
