Matt grew up in Chatham-Kent and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2018. He practiced Physiotherapy in Australia for 2 years before moving back home.
Matt first developed an interest in physiotherapy while spending time doing rehab as a high school basketball and volleyball player. In addition to working in a private practice in Australia, Matt also worked with various sports teams including, Australian Rules Football, semi-professional basketball, and rugby. Matt has an interest in treating all injuries, including acute muscle strains, overuse injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Matt has completed post-graduate training in Dry Needling, Hip & Groin Rehabilitation, and Knee Rehabilitation.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys kayaking, playing basketball and golf or getting away for the weekend for a camping trip with friends.
